another quality of life fix, now you can enter a state or abbreviation wrong and it wont skip your turn, in all honesty idk why it wasn't in the last version, guess i was feeling lazy. on top of this is the fix to a bug i didnt realise was there due to working in the python IDLE, so now if you win/lose the game, causing the end game stats to come up, the game wont crash to desktop, and instead you have to press the enter key to end
